To go through with something = to do something that you have planned or agreed to do, especially after not wanting to do it.
  1. I hate driving but I promised to drive my mum to the airport so now I have to go through with it.
  2. I don't like to work overtime. Because I am new in the company, I have to go through with it anyway.
